Born in Florida, Chelsea Page Moses has lived around the country and overseas, but has been calling Massachusetts home for over 15 years. A natural leader, she attended fashion school in Los Angeles, co-founded All Star Management, and became a pioneer in the healthcare field. She was instrumental in helping to create the first neurological disease day program in the country. For this, she was awarded special recognition by the City of Boston – presented to her by Athena Garrison, the very first transgender individual in state legislature. Later she opened Four Star Healthcare Concierge Service providing in person healthcare services to older adults and those with disabilities.
Chelsea is an official LGBTQIA+ flag
ambassador to South Africa and has
been a recognized advocate throughout
the world.
As Miss Trans Massachusetts 2023, Chelsea stands proudly on a platform of promoting visibility (“Be Visible”), pride, and self-confidence for all, particularly
in the LGBTQIA+ community. Chelsea won her interview round and was second runner up (TOP 3) at Mr & Miss Trans USA Pageant on November 3-5, 2023. Chelsea intends take her advocacy and education efforts throughout the nation and throughout the world.
